- Fluency in English and German, additional languages advantageous
- Strong team player with interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
- Fluency in German and English - written and spoken
- MBA or bachelor degree

- Manage accounts P&L by defining strategy and setting goals
- Drive solution design, sales, and product delivery
- Develop and implement country-wide go-to-market plans
- Build trusted relationships with Fintech and platform clients
- Execute business development pipeline and manage customer solutions
- Design, launch, and manage product positioning
- Collaborate with technical solution architects and product managers
- Proactively manage new partnership ideas and respond to market trends
- Create business cases and operational processes for new concepts
- Package findings to enable acceptance teams to scale outcomes
- Ensure growth and tactical targets are met
- Develop and execute strategic framework for the Polish market
