Anforderungen

  • Background in technology or e-/m-Commerce
  • Experience in fast-paced, technology-centric environment including Payments, e-commerce, Retail, Financial Services, or Consulting
  • Curiosity, can-do attitude, agility, creativity, and teamwork skills
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused self-starter
  • Ability to develop sustainable business relationships
  • Strong communication skills and ability to act in matrix environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to understand key operational aspects
  • Business acumen with ability to create customer solutions
  • Track record of relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and outstanding communication skills
  • Fluency in English and German, additional languages advantageous
  • Strong team player with interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
  • Fluency in German and English - written and spoken
  • MBA or bachelor degree

  • Manage accounts P&L by defining strategy and setting goals
  • Drive solution design, sales, and product delivery
  • Develop and implement country-wide go-to-market plans
  • Build trusted relationships with Fintech and platform clients
  • Execute business development pipeline and manage customer solutions
  • Design, launch, and manage product positioning
  • Collaborate with technical solution architects and product managers
  • Proactively manage new partnership ideas and respond to market trends
  • Create business cases and operational processes for new concepts
  • Package findings to enable acceptance teams to scale outcomes
  • Ensure growth and tactical targets are met
  • Develop and execute strategic framework for the Polish market
