- High motivation and curiosity about payments
Aufgaben
- Own full sales cycle for new merchant customers
- Engage prospects via email, phone, and in-person
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Onboarding, Risk, and Compliance
- Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline
- Conduct cold outreach and structured discovery
- Handle full-cycle deals from initial contact to Go-Live
- Manage deals ranging from 4 weeks to multiple months
- Plan and forecast sales pipeline accurately
- Prioritize short- and long-term opportunities
- Build strong merchant relationships in DACH market
- Increase Mollie's brand awareness through events and communication
- Ensure smooth cross-functional coordination for customer onboarding
- Consistently meet performance targets
- Convert Upmarket prospects into active Mollie customers
