- Very good written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment, quick recovery from setbacks
- Enjoy working in international team, team spirit, intellectual curiosity
- Native German and fluent English

- Build commercial footprint
- Lead and grow local sales team

- Identify high-potential opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing team
- Own end-to-end sales cycle
- Understand client needs in Germany
- Schedule qualified appointments
- Present solutions to prospects
- Negotiate and close deals
- Use CRM Salesforce and Outreach
- Suggest new sales techniques
- Optimize lead qualification processes
- Share best practices
- Mentor new team members
