- Strong software engineering fundamentals and production systems experience
- Practical experience in security, governance, privacy, compliance, or risk engineering
- Hands-on experience applying controls to AI/LLM systems
- Strong understanding of AI-specific risks
- Experience translating policy/risk to engineering controls
- Good understanding of making AI systems observable, auditable, safer
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Good practical experience with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Comfortable working across platform capability lifecycle
- Good understanding of information security and secure design
- Comfortable applying unit testing, CI/CD
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and shaping standards
- Strong judgment and pragmatism for safety improvements
Aufgaben
- Define and improve guardrails for AI systems
- Shape privacy and PII handling practices
- Contribute to provider and model guidance
- Translate policy and governance needs into platform patterns
- Define production-ready expectations for AI systems
- Develop readiness checks and governance mechanisms
- Enhance logging and observability practices
- Partner with Security, Legal, and Architecture teams
- Support teams in understanding AI risks
- Write clear documentation and guidance
- Promote strong engineering practices
- Mentor team members in AI safety and governance
- Design guardrails for AI and LLM systems
- Implement AI governance automation
- Evaluate third-party AI providers
- Apply privacy-by-design patterns
- Turn repeated risk questions into standards
- Communicate trade-offs clearly
- Identify and mitigate real-world AI risks
- Collaborate across multiple teams
- Create actionable guidance
