Anforderungen
- 5+ years software engineering experience
- 2-3 years building AI agents in production
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, legal, healthcare)
- Master’s degree or higher in CS, Engineering, Statistics, or related STEM
- Equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph
- Experience with agent planning, memory, tool-use, multi-agent patterns
- Experience building and operating MCP servers with FastMCP
- Experience with MCP on Databricks or Snowflake platforms
- Experience with secure schemas, authentication, role-based permissions
- Expert-level Python skills
- Backend systems engineering fundamentals
- API engineering fundamentals
- Data pipelines engineering fundamentals
- FastAPI experience
- Postgres / SQLAlchemy experience
- gRPC experience
- async IO experience
- Databricks experience
- Testing experience
- Proficiency with LLM observability platforms
- Proficiency with LLM evaluation frameworks
- Performance profiling experience
- Optimization techniques for AI systems
- Solid understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS)

- Solid understanding of common architecture patterns
- Ability to translate design principles into maintainable code

- Support Tech Lead and PM in discoveries

- Staying on top of latest AI engineering best practices
- Sharing AI engineering knowledge across the team
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock
- Hands-on experience with Bedrock AgentCore
- Experience with managed agent deployments and tool orchestration
- Experience running containerized workloads on Kubernetes in production
- Experience with classical ML / LLM engineering on large datasets
- Experience with fine-tuning, retrieval, summarization pipelines
- Experience building software with coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor)
- Leveraging coding agents to accelerate delivery
- Experience mentoring engineers
- Providing constructive feedback to engineers
- Valid work permit
Aufgaben
- Design and build single- and multi-agent production systems
- Ensure systems meet regulated-industry compliance and auditability standards
- Build and operate MCP servers using FastMCP and platform providers
- Implement secure schemas and role-based permissions
- Develop agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
- Engineer robust prompts, tool-use, and multi-agent coordination
- Implement testing, evaluation, monitoring, and observability practices
- Develop and maintain LLM-powered microservices and APIs
- Integrate microservices and APIs into broader production applications
- Identify and adopt state-of-the-art advancements in LLMs and agent architectures
- Collaborate with Product Manager, Tech Lead, and domain experts
- Align technical solutions with user needs and business goals
- Support discovery and propose improvements
- Show initiative beyond assigned scope
