- Programming background in Java and Python
- Proven experience designing/implementing AI workflows and LangChain
- Deep knowledge of knowledge representation and graph databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph)
- Proficiency in building AI evals
- Knowledge of MCP servers and multi-agent collaboration
- Familiarity with AI monitoring/observability tools (Braintrust, Arize)
- Familiarity with ML/NLP Classifiers
- Understanding of data pipelines and analytics workflows
- 5+ years software engineering experience, 2+ years AI engineering
- Hands-on ability to embed cutting-edge AI into pricing products
- Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in pricing, fintech, or B2B SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with automation frameworks like n8n
- Exposure to ML/optimization algorithms for pricing/similar domains

- Design, build, and optimize agentic AI workflows
- Develop LLM interactions using RAG and orchestration
- Develop semantic context awareness
- Automate full workflow processes
- Ensure workflow observability
- Collaborate with AI Product Manager, Data Scientist, and MLOps
- Deliver scalable, transparent, and reliable AI features
- Implement tool-calling patterns
- Integrate LLMs with SaaS tools and APIs
- Enhance performance using fine-tuning
- Enhance performance using parameter-efficient techniques
- Manage prompts and chat
- Ensure LLM responses align with user permissions
- Log LLM results and metadata
- Perform ontology-driven tagging
- Build semantic understanding via knowledge graphs
- Build context awareness via knowledge graphs
- Implement Reinforcement Learning to capture user feedback
- Apply user feedback to decision-making models
- Refine AI agent recommendations based on observed interactions
- Implement robust monitoring and evaluation pipelines with observability tools
- Ensure AI model performance, reliability, explainability, and transparency
- Collaborate with AI Product Manager to translate roadmap deliverables
- Collaborate with Data Scientist on experimentation and data-driven insights
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate AI components
- Integrate AI components into SaaS architecture
- Run experiments
- Track performance metrics
- Continuously optimize AI LLM model behavior
- Build tooling for prompt versioning, testing, and deployment pipelines
