- Proven experience shipping LLM systems or AI agents
- 4+ years production ML/backend engineering experience (LLMs)
- Strong Python programming skills and scalable backend services experience
- Cloud experience (ideally AWS/GCP)
- Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, MLflow, or Kubeflow
- Experience with LLM application frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar)
- Experience with ML frameworks (Hugging Face or PyTorch)
Aufgaben
- Develop AI agents for reasoning and tool calling
- Enable AI agents to interact with internal systems
- Develop and maintain RAG pipelines for data access
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks for agents
- Implement safety guardrails for agent behavior
- Implement observability and monitoring for workloads
- Ensure cost visibility for LLM and agent workloads
- Optimize workload reliability, performance, and efficiency
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML, and platform engineers
- Integrate AI systems into the ML ecosystem
- Optimize AI systems for performance and reliability
- Ensure cost efficiency for scaled AI workloads
