- 1-3 years experience in software, ML, or backend development
- Experience with Python, backend services, or ML applications
- Familiarity with LLMs or AI applications (LLM APIs, RAG, chatbots)
- Basic experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms
- Understanding of software engineering best practices (testing, debugging, version control)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, MLflow, or Kubeflow
- Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, agent orchestration)
- Experience with ML frameworks (Hugging Face or PyTorch)
Aufgaben
- Develop AI agents for internal tools, APIs, and data systems.
- Develop and maintain RAG pipelines using vector databases and semantic retrieval.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and guardrails for LLM response quality and reliability.
- Implement monitoring and observability for AI workloads.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML, and platform engineers on AI system integration.
- Experiment with new AI frameworks, tools, and approaches to improve the platform.
