- Effective work in Agile/Scrum environments, estimations, sprint planning
- Proficiency in Kotlin (preferred) or Java with Spring or Quarkus frameworks
- Design and implementation of service-oriented and microservices architectures
- CI/CD pipeline implementation and modern development workflows collaboration
- Utilization of cloud and infrastructure technologies (AWS or similar), Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
- Knowledge of distributed systems and horizontal scalability
- Experience with highly concurrent systems and multi-threading
- Experience with TypeScript, Python, or Go (plus)
- Experience with Micronaut framework
- Experience in Logistics domain
