As a Senior Accountant, you will manage the complete accounting cycle while ensuring compliance and supporting financial analysis. This role involves optimizing processes and serving as a key contact for external partners in a growing global organization.

Anforderungen

• •Certified accountant, tax clerk, or Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance
• •5+ years of experience in accounting/finance
• •Solid knowledge of accounting/financial principles, including German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS standards
• •Team-oriented with a can-do attitude and flexibility
• •High commitment to quality work, ethics, integrity, and compliance
• •Interest in digitalization and automation

Aufgaben

• •Manage the full accounting cycle for assigned legal entities
• •Oversee accounts payable, fixed assets, and general ledger in NetSuite
• •Prepare intercompany invoices and ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies
• •Contribute to group consolidation activities
• •Support the transition from German GAAP to IFRS
• •Drive process optimization and automation in NetSuite
• •Enhance workflows and integrate pre-accounting and expense tools
• •Ensure scalable and compliant finance processes for a multi-entity organization
• •Act as the contact person for external stakeholders such as banks and auditors
• •Support financial metrics and analysis for report preparation
