Aufgaben
- Provide data entry and accounting support for the German entity
- Prepare and enter general journal entries according to company policy and US GAAP and German GAAP
- Verify the accuracy of accounting journals and related documents per established procedures
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including inter-company reconciliations
- Manage the Fixed Assets ledger
- Participate in the month-end close process
- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with company policy
- Support the Country Finance Manager with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, audits, budgets, and government grants
- Assist the German entity and regional Finance SSC with assigned projects
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across the region
