- Significant textile & apparel market experience with proven sales and account management success
- Goal-oriented with strong self-driven principle and ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex technical information
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for client and supplier meetings
- Familiarity with 3M products, Thinsulate and Scotchgard
- Apparel industry experience with brands and retailers is beneficial
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Aufgaben
- Introduce Thinsulate™ and Scotchgard™ solutions to apparel brands
- Highlight unique benefits and applications of 3M products
- Collaborate with the APAC team for seamless supply chain operations
- Ensure timely delivery to factories
- Drive partnerships with brands
- Support marketing efforts for co-branding events
- Leverage 3M's brand equity for mutually beneficial promotions
