- Extensive professional experience in commercial roles, sales, and key account management
- Industry experience in paints and coatings or comparable B2B environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, project management, decision-making skills
- Proven ability to create compelling value propositions and strong results orientation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong commercial and business acumen, basic understanding of cross-functional processes and financial concepts
- High motivation and structured, results-driven working style
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute account plans
- Align plans with Regional Management and Marketing
- Build and maintain a strong commercial pipeline
- Deliver financial and non-financial targets
- Collaborate with customers to drive innovation
- Create and maintain comprehensive contact maps
- Implement and improve Key Account Management plans
- Enhance customer value through continuous improvement
- Prioritize new developments with cross-functional teams
- Plan and execute customer trials
- Guide Technical Service teams on-site
- Lead new business development projects
