Anforderungen
- •5+ years of sales experience
- •Account management or Business Development experience
- •Bachelor’s degree
- •Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
- •Previous sales experience in the Food and Beverage industry
- •Strong time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- •Customer service focus and ability to create open dialogue
- •Detail oriented, strong analytical abilities, and excellent organizational skills
- •Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and collaboration skills
- •Proficiency in Microsoft CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel
- •English mandatory, proficiency in additional languages is a plus

- •Act as the primary contact for assigned strategic accounts
- •Travel to customer corporate locations to build relationships with key decision makers
- •Determine customer needs and learn application and business requirements
- •Establish and cultivate customer relationships at branch and corporate levels
- •Conduct market and customer research
- •Maintain frequent contact with customers via email or phone
- •Travel to customers as needed and attend industry trade shows
- •Lead sales presentations and annual pricing negotiations
- •Conduct business reviews and present product proposals
- •Advocate for customers within internal organizations and cross-functional teams
- •Collaborate with territory sales managers to identify and close new sales opportunities
- •Ensure alignment of commercial teams with local sales teams
