- Ability to navigate matrix organization
- Knowledge of back-office processes supporting product and portfolio management including 3M Grow, Product Lifecycle Management, Material Create and Extend, SFDC, Pricing, Samples, SAP
- Contribution to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture
Aufgaben
- Lead global customer insights and market research for new product development
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Participate in NPI idea scouting efforts
- Collaborate with Global Portfolio Managers to prioritize NPI ideas
- Define and validate customer requirements and value propositions
- Translate customer and market needs into product requirements
- Advise on new product pricing strategy using pricing analysis tools
- Complete all marketing deliverables within the 3M Grow system
- Develop the global marketing launch plan for new products
- Ensure alignment on global marketing plan deliverables
- Coordinate launch preparation and execution with key launch countries
- Support Global and Area Portfolio Managers in growth program execution
