- Understand retailer business models, ambitions, and challenges

- Identify and drive revenue growth opportunities
- Implement solution expansions and innovative campaigns
- Lead cross-vertical initiatives
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Lead partner education and enablement
- Educate partners on advanced use cases
- Enable partners on new solutions and product innovations
- Steer overall performance
- Define KPIs, conduct business reviews, and manage forecasting
- Report on performance
- Anticipate challenges and manage escalations
- Provide strategic input on account performance
- Communicate account risks and opportunities to stakeholders
- Assume champion roles or project ownership
- Contribute to best practices
- Support team onboarding
