  • Identify and drive revenue growth opportunities
  • Implement solution expansions and innovative campaigns

  • Educate partners on advanced use cases
  • Enable partners on new solutions and product innovations
  • Steer overall performance
  • Define KPIs, conduct business reviews, and manage forecasting

  • Provide strategic input on account performance
  • Communicate account risks and opportunities to stakeholders
