Selling satellite monitoring solutions for infrastructure and industrial clients in UK and Americas. 4+ years B2B SaaS selling experience required. Employee stock option program, hybrid work model.
Anforderungen
- 4+ years B2B SaaS or solution selling experience
- Exposure to ESG, compliance, logistics, or supply chain domains
- Proven success closing complex enterprise deals
- Experience selling in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland
- Strong understanding of consultative selling
- Strong understanding of value based selling
- Strong understanding of MEDDPICC
- Ability to translate complex technical products into compelling business value
- Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
- Passion for sustainability, supply chains, or regulatory tech
- Knowledge of EUDR, ESG reporting standards, deforestation regulations, or traceability frameworks
- Experience selling to food & beverage, retail, timber, agriculture, or commodities trading verticals
- Background in remote-first, high-growth SaaS startups
Aufgaben
- Build and own TradeAware EUDR business in UK and Americas
- Identify, develop, and close new business with operators and traders
- Lead full sales cycle from discovery to closing
- Focus on value-based selling to compliance, ESG, procurement, and sustainability leaders
- Educate customers on EUDR regulatory implications
- Consult on how TradeAware supports scalable compliance
- Manage complex stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers
- Drive pipeline growth using network and outbound initiatives
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Represent TradeAware at webinars and trade expos
- Contribute to thought leadership on EUDR and deforestation-free supply chains
