- Develop, adapt, validate, and implement molecular pathology and spatial transcriptomics approaches
- Translate complex biological questions into experimental strategies
- Translate biological and pathological questions into experimental plans
- Design tissue-based experiments
- Develop data interpretation strategies
- Utilize molecular pathology technologies like spatial transcriptomics, ISH, and LCMD
- Perform image-based analysis
- Contribute to proteomic readouts through collaboration
- Coordinate experimental work
- Support data processing
- Ensure timely delivery of work packages for molecular pathology and spatial biology studies
- Collaborate with Histopathology and Digital Image Analysis experts
- Document scientific results
- Communicate scientific results
- Present scientific results
- Critically assess new spatial and molecular pathology technologies
- Establish robust workflows for internal execution or external collaboration
