- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Aufgaben
- Evaluate ctDNA detection methodologies and vendors
- Oversee quality aspects of ctDNA testing
- Monitor test performance of ctDNA assays
- Lead analysis and interpretation of ctDNA testing data
- Support cross-functional teams with ctDNA testing activities
- Develop analysis plans for clinical trials
- Review and contribute to clinical-trial documents
- Establish contracts and qualify vendors
- Coordinate testing logistics and data transfer
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings
- Communicate project developments and results
- Research scientific literature in the field
- Supervise and train research associates and specialists
