- Develop and implement biomarker strategies from early Ph1 to licensure
- Drive translational strategies for oncology clinical development
- Bridge preclinical data to translational strategies in assigned programs
- Integrate mechanism of action with clinical development plans
- Provide scientific and strategic guidance for biomarker programs
- Coordinate biomarker-related activities with stakeholders
- Ensure integration of services and technologies to meet program goals
- Contribute biomarker input to regulatory documents
- Analyze and interpret clinical biomarker data
- Present findings to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on clinical translational steps
- Strengthen interfaces and processes across functions
- Pursue continuous improvement and acceleration in R&D
