Anforderungen

• University degree in (bio)chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, or related field
• PhD, 3 years industry experience, or comparable qualification
• Experience in laboratory-scale LNPs production
• Experience with analytical or formulation methods for LNPs
• Practical experience in cell culture, assays, and qPCR/dPCR
• Willingness to work in S2 laboratory environment
• Exposure to regulated laboratory settings like GMP
• Strong scientific writing and MS Office skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Team-oriented personality and interpersonal skills
• Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style

Aufgaben

• Lead customer projects in nucleic acid therapeutics
• Develop mRNA, siRNA, and oligonucleotide formulations
• Drive comparability studies and stress testing
• Conduct potency assays and stability assessments
• Plan and execute analytical and formulation experiments
• Document experiments following SOPs and project requirements
• Analyze experimental data and support reporting
• Participate in scientific discussions with stakeholders
• Act as first or second project lead
• Manage unexpected results and lead troubleshooting activities
• Prepare formulations and conduct analytical experiments independently
• Apply and grow expertise in analytical methods
• Support method transfer, implementation, and optimization
• Serve as System Owner for laboratory equipment
• Manage equipment maintenance, calibration, and qualification
• Ensure compliance with Good Research Practice (GRP)
• Uphold high laboratory standards
• Optimize processes and integrate new NAT technologies
• Contribute ideas to evolve the nucleic acid platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution
• Support onboarding and training of new colleagues
• Share scientific expertise within the team
