Laboratory Technical Services Lead(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience
- 3 years hands-on laboratory research experience
- Documented training in GMP and QMS
- Experience in asset or equipment management
- Understanding of GMP, quality management, and safety
- Knowledge of drug discovery and development
- Strong electronic data processing and Microsoft Office skills
- Leadership, empowerment, and mentorship skills
- Collaboration skills and self-driven independence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very good command of English and German
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the laboratory technical support team
- Drive team performance and accountability
- Liaise between scientists and cross-functional partners
- Manage technical and operational laboratory requests
- Oversee the equipment preventative maintenance program
- Support equipment lifecycle management
- Coordinate installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Ensure GRP documentation and user trainings are completed
- Write and review COPs and equipment validations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical laboratory events
- Coordinate equipment repairs with external vendors
- Track work orders and laboratory modifications
- Manage laboratory-related IT and network topics
- Lead root cause investigations for operational events
- Implement process and cost efficiency improvements
- Manage the instrument repair and maintenance budget
- Coordinate purchasing and logistics with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GRP and GMP requirements
