Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve advising stakeholders, monitoring industry changes, and managing merchant risks to uphold compliance standards.

Anforderungen

• •5+ years of experience in financial services or payments
• •Demonstrated expertise in payment services and acquiring operations
• •Proven ability in governance, strategic oversight, and regulatory compliance
• •In-depth knowledge of financial sector laws and regulations relevant to card scheme compliance
• •Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• •Skilled at prioritizing and meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality
• •Proactive, independent, and collaborative with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• •Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
• •Understanding of Visa and Mastercard payment processing, including compliance requirements

Aufgaben

• •Ensure compliance with Card Scheme regulations
• •Build a robust card scheme management framework
• •Serve as the point of contact for Card schemes and internal stakeholders
• •Advise the company on relevant Card Scheme items
• •Implement a proactive card scheme knowledge center
• •Stay updated on Card Schemes regulations, including fees and charges
• •Monitor and act on important industry changes and compliance requirements
• •Communicate with merchants and partners regarding risk and compliance investigations
• •Prepare internal analyses of compliance cases
• •Register merchants with card schemes and related services
• •Contribute to the team's work products to meet quality and delivery timelines
• •Manage merchant risks associated with Card Schemes
• •Participate in developing and updating risk management processes
• •Take timely actions to prevent financial loss
• •Develop and maintain an internal knowledge base on card scheme compliance
• •Understand Visa and Mastercard payment processing and compliance requirements
• •Monitor industry trends and advise leadership on regulatory changes
• •Coordinate with legal, finance, product, engineering, and risk management teams
