- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
- Good German and English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Previous experience with SAP S/4HANA (PP/MM)
- Previous experience with supplier collaboration tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, EDI integration)
- Strong knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory management
- Previous experience with Lean Management (Kanban, Just-in-Time, Vendor Managed Inventory)
- Knowledge of Supplier Quality Management or incoming goods inspections
Aufgaben
- Create purchasing documents
- Monitor purchasing documents
- Ensure material availability for production
- Ensure production readiness
- Align with production planning (MRP)
- Assist teams with technical and system queries
- Process user and supplier feedback
- Analyze procure-to-pay process errors
- Coordinate corrective measures
- Manage material master data, info records, and source lists
- Maintain MRP and planning parameters
- Ensure optimal material flow to production
- Align master data requirements with production
- Coordinate batch management and unit conversions
- Ensure master data quality and standardization
- Develop and optimize procurement and supply chain processes
- Evaluate material and supplier changes for production impact
- Perform SAP process tests
- Support new supplier onboarding
- Support material approvals
- Process engineering change requests
- Clarify material transitions with stakeholders
- Implement material changes, updates, and revisions in SAP
- Document and track changes
- Prevent production disruptions
- Liaise with production, design, and quality teams
- Liaise with external suppliers
- Participate in production meetings
- Participate in supply chain meetings
- Collaborate on lead time, quality, and standardization projects
- Support new product introduction (NPI)
- Support new process introduction
