- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Convert business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders on priorities, scope, timelines, and delivery commitments
- Act as the liaison between business and IT teams
- Serve as the functional expert for Salesforce initiatives
- Guide developers and solution architects in translating business needs into scalable solutions
- Coordinate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery tracking
- Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies
- Define and validate data requirements with integration teams
- Understand APIs and common integration patterns, including tools such as Postman
- Support the identification and definition of business-focused AI use cases
- Translate AI and data requirements into functional specifications
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to evaluate AI-driven opportunities
- Assess the business value of AI-driven opportunities
- Apply a solid foundation in data quality, governance, and analytics
