Developing account plans and presenting technical solutions to industrial clients. Several years of sales experience with similar technical systems required. Employee share acquisition plan, company car for private use.
Anforderungen
- Technical studies or industrial engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or a related qualification
- Several years of experience in sales of low-voltage switchgear systems
- In-depth knowledge of commercial contract issues
- Enthusiasm for technical topics and details, strong customer and goal orientation
- Professional use of digital media in customer contact and communication
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and Salesforce
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel within Germany and to customers and suppliers in Poland and the Czech Republic
Aufgaben
- Serve as the primary contact for potential account customers
- Design and develop relationships with existing customers
- Monitor competitive behavior in the market
- Create and implement account plans to boost order intake
- Present MNS low-voltage switchgear systems to customers
- Support customers at trade fairs and events
- Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns
- Manage commercial and technical contract negotiations
- Oversee project development and monitoring until awarding
- Identify and develop large-scale projects and mega-investments
- Support project developers, planners, and general contractors
- Conduct national and international coordination
- Understand award and decision-making processes
- Advise customers on optimal technology solutions
