Anforderungen
- •Technical studies or industrial engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or a related qualification
- •Several years of experience in sales of low-voltage switchgear systems
- •In-depth knowledge of commercial contract issues
- •Enthusiasm for technical topics and details, strong customer and goal orientation
- •Professional use of digital media in customer contact and communication
- •Familiarity with MS Office applications and Salesforce
- •Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- •Willingness to travel within Germany and to customers and suppliers in Poland and the Czech Republic

- •Serve as the primary contact for potential account customers
- •Design and develop relationships with existing customers
- •Monitor competitive behavior in the market
- •Create and implement account plans to boost order intake
- •Present MNS low-voltage switchgear systems to customers
- •Support customers at trade fairs and events
- •Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns
- •Manage commercial and technical contract negotiations
- •Oversee project development and monitoring until awarding
- •Identify and develop large-scale projects and mega-investments
- •Support project developers, planners, and general contractors
- •Conduct national and international coordination
- •Understand award and decision-making processes
- •Advise customers on optimal technology solutions
