- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings and resume screening
- Conduct pre-screening calls and coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to job offer negotiation
- Provide stakeholders with insights into talent markets and salary benchmarks
- Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers
- Consistently meet individual and team KPIs
