Anforderungen
- •Ability to meet clients physically
- •7 years experience in banking or Trade & Working Capital
- •3 to 4 years customer facing or sales experience
- •B.A. in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
- •Fluency in English and any Nordic language
- •Spanish, German, or other language skills advantageous
- •Expertise in trade & working capital products and structures

- •Lead sales and origination for Nordic industry segments
- •Manage your specific portfolio's P&L
- •Originate new Trade and Working Capital business
- •Conduct regular client calls to build relationships
- •Oversee junior staff to accelerate portfolio revenue
- •Coordinate commercial plans and pitches with relationship managers
- •Align with internal stakeholders for seamless execution
- •Monitor sector trends to identify cross-selling opportunities
- •Deliver client presentations and drive coverage initiatives
- •Manage the client journey from sales through implementation
- •Act as an internal and external escalation point
- •Guide transactions through internal approval and execution processes
- •Ensure adherence to internal governance and sales transparency
- •Teach and develop junior staff through mentorship
- •Support the hiring and interviewing process
