Aufgaben
- Relaunch and rebuild Napapijri’s wholesale business in Germany
- Lead the commercial restart of the German wholesale market
- Define distribution and growth strategy aligned with brand positioning
- Identify and develop strategic local key accounts
- Build long-term partnerships with key accounts
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with a hands-on sales approach
- Oversee sell-in, forecasting, and order management
- Handle daily wholesale operations during the rebuild phase
- Analyze sell-through performance
- Translate insights into actionable growth plans
- Act as a brand ambassador
- Ensure consistent in-store execution and visibility
- Promote product storytelling
- Collaborate with European HQ and cross-functional teams
- Support long-term market development
- Create the foundation for future scale and team expansion
