- Strong hunter mentality for identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology and CRM tools
- Familiarity with corporate environment
Aufgaben
- Lead sales efforts in Germany and other regions
- Promote the company’s services to drive growth
- Manage complex sales with government organizations
- Oversee RFP processes and maintain visibility on relevant opportunities
- Monitor platforms for published RFPs and tenders
- Select and prioritize the most relevant sales opportunities
- Lead the bid team in preparing proposals for RFPs and tenders
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements
- Align proposals with functional and non-functional specifications
- Develop and execute pipeline strategies to meet sales goals
- Submit reliable sales forecasts
- Anticipate customer requirements to ensure client success
- Engage in all phases of the sales lifecycle
- Record all prospect and client interactions in Salesforce.com
