Sales Executive - Securities Lending(m/w/x)
Executing prospecting campaigns and selling Passive Income Plan and securities lending products at an online banking group. 2+ years sales experience in capital markets or FinTech required. Access to trading platform, preferential employee rates.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years sales or business development experience in capital markets, financial services, or FinTech
- Genuine interest and understanding of capital markets, trading, or investment products
- Proven pipeline management and prospect conversion ability
- Strong communication skills, distilling complex topics
- Comfort with longer-term, consultative sales cycle
- Resilience, self-motivation, and accountability
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in regulated banking or brokerage environment
- Familiarity with Swiss financial regulations (FINMA) and/or EU frameworks (MiFID II, AML/KYC)
- Knowledge of Swissquote product suite or similar online trading platforms
Aufgaben
- Execute structured prospecting campaigns with marketing
- Present and sell the Passive Income Plan
- Address client questions and objections
- Manage pipeline activity and outcomes in CRM
- Build strong knowledge of securities lending
- Monitor and report on key sales KPIs
- Participate in funnel reviews, coaching, and sales training
- Act as a trusted client contact
- Respond to client queries
- Onboard new clients (KYC/AML, enrollment)
- Provide platform guidance to new clients
- Follow up on client requests
- Ensure full resolution of client requests
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Process client requests per FINMA and AML/KYC
- Coordinate complex cases with Compliance, Risk, Back Office
