- Collaborate with Head of Product to shape product future
- Bridge business strategy, UX, and technical execution
- Maximize delivery value
- Negotiate trade-offs
- Ensure measurable impact
- Proactively identify strategic opportunities and quick wins
- Transform feedback and needs into product ideas
- Assess product viability via ROI and business goals
- Sharpen product vision with Head of Product
- Provide data and market insights to evolve strategy
- Lead prioritization using structured frameworks
- Prioritize for maximum value and efficiency
- Represent themes and initiatives on the roadmap
- Align roadmap items with company goals
- Track features from ideation to sunsetting
- Define clear success metrics
- Track feature impact rigorously post-launch
- Pivot or iterate on underperforming features
- Build strong cross-departmental alliances
- Ensure cross-departmental alignment
- Gain stakeholder buy-in
- Manage conflicting interests effectively
- Drive Productboard awareness and usage
- Create tailored Productboard views
- Provide transparency to leadership and stakeholders
- Optimize collaboration processes
- Ensure seamless information flow between business and tech
