Anforderungen
- •3+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams in the DACH market
- •Strong understanding of Enterprise B2B sales cycles (300k/ARR+)
- •Proven track record of developing high performing teams in high growth Data, AI, Cloud or SaaS/Tech companies
- •Focus on methodology-based sales coaching, MEDDPICC, and a challenger mentality
- •Comfortable managing and working with data-enabled pipeline, forecasts, conversion rates, and deal health
- •Strong executive presence with top-tier communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- •Ability to balance structure and pragmatism in a fast-moving scale-up environment
- •Excellent German (spoken and written) and great English skills
- •Values-Driven Leadership embodying customer centricity, ambition, speed, excellence, unity, and positivity
- •Ensuring GDPR and ISO compliance, including ISO 27001
