Sales Development Representative(m/w/x)
As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage with scientists and executives in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, driving lead generation and nurturing relationships. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams to achieve sales goals.
Anforderungen
- Team-oriented sales development representative or aspiring salesperson with a science background
- Proactive dealmaker with a ‘hunter’ mindset
- Customer-oriented problem-solver
- Excellent presenter and communicator of scientifically-sophisticated solutions
- Self-sufficient multi-tasker with fantastic organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related science
- One to two years of relevant work experience, software sales business development experience preferred
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Identify and qualify new software and service leads
- Research addressable market segments for software offerings
- Design targeted sales campaigns with appropriate messaging
- Coordinate prospecting campaigns with marketing
- Execute 50-100 outreach activities daily via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
- Generate at least two sales accepted leads weekly
- Collect and collate lead data from sales campaigns
- Prepare meetings at conferences to meet sales objectives
- Develop and maintain strong account relationships
- Provide client feedback to internal Product Managers and Support teams
- Support Account Management with prospecting and lead qualification
- Track account activities and progress using Salesforce CRM
