Anforderungen
- Sales, business development, or high-performance experience (internships count), preferably in energy ecosystem
- Comfortable with cold calling and direct outreach, motivated by targets and performance
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Structured and disciplined with focus on execution and pipeline generation
- Curiosity about energy markets, AI, and B2B SaaS
- Comfortable using CRM systems and exploring automation tools
- Fluent in English and German
- Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
Aufgaben
- Identify and reach out to target customers
- Generate qualified sales opportunities via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Engage decision-makers and qualify their energy needs
- Test and refine messaging, sequences, and channels
- Understand customer needs and decision processes
- Ensure high-quality lead handovers to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems
- Ensure clean, structured data in systems like HubSpot or Pipedrive
- Use automation tools to scale outreach and improve efficiency
- Share market insights to refine ICP, messaging, and product positioning
