In this role, you will drive business development by promoting innovative funding solutions, assessing lending projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Your daily responsibilities will include building relationships, preparing proposals, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• •Deep knowledge of structured finance solutions
• •Solid financial expertise and risk analysis skills
• •Knowledge of various loan products and credit facilities
• •Strong network in Europe with lenders and capital advisors
• •Sales and negotiation skills for closing +€5M deals
• •Knowledge of European lending market and industries’ needs
• •Regulatory compliance and fraud prevention
• •15+ years of experience in corporate lending or structured finance
• •Ability to work effectively in an international matrix organisation
• •Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
• •Proficiency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
• •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• •Based in Germany

Aufgaben

• •Promote funding and embedded lending solutions across Europe
• •Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and lenders
• •Provide customized financial solutions to meet client needs
• •Assess deal feasibility and business cases
• •Evaluate companies' performance and creditworthiness
• •Prepare proposals with the credit risk team and other departments
• •Coordinate applications from submission to closing
• •Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives
• •Stay updated on industry and regulatory developments
• •Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
