As a Rocket Engine Fluid System Design Engineer, you will design and analyze fluid systems, ensuring performance and safety while contributing to innovative space transportation solutions in a dynamic startup environment.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Space Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar
• •Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience
• •Profound experience in design and development of fluid systems, ideally in aerospace, space, high-pressure, or cryogenic applications
• •Profound understanding of rocket engine design process and subsystems
• •Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and fluid system behavior
• •Experience with 0D/1D simulation and analysis of fluid systems
• •Proactive thinking, high motivation, flexibility, and teamwork skills
• •Proficiency in both German and English

Aufgaben

• •Design piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID)
• •Define and verify key performance parameters
• •Specify valves, pressure regulators, and safety components
• •Select fluid system components and conduct trade-off studies
• •Perform 0D/1D simulation and analysis of system behavior
• •Design fluid system parts and assemblies in CAD
• •Define operation and safety procedures for the fluid system
• •Analyze test results for compliance and safety
