- Proficiency in both German and English
Aufgaben
- Perform CFD simulations for liquid rocket engines
- Analyze combustion flows and conjugated heat transfer
- Assess pressure losses and flow instabilities
- Simulate regenerative cooling systems and evaluate thermal loads
- Support design of combustion chambers, nozzles, and cooling structures
- Couple CFD results with thermal and structural analyses
- Validate and calibrate CFD models with experimental data
- Conduct trade studies to optimize performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with design, systems, test, and manufacturing teams
- Document models, assumptions, results, and design recommendations
