- Organize conference rooms and monitor bookings
- Maintain cleanliness and order in conference areas
- Support internal and external events
- Manage service provider and supplier processes
- Handle the telephone switchboard in German and English
- Organize office supplies and conduct inventory checks
- Order coffee, tea, and snacks
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
- Distribute mail within the office
- Register and accept courier deliveries
- Manage customer and employee parking
- Oversee local fleet management
- Organize health and safety measures in the office
- Assist with event planning
