- Manage revenue-generating systems to ensure consistent performance
- Resolve system deficiencies and enforce growth-metric accountability
- Design and optimize complex Salesforce Flows
- Administer Salesforce.com configuration and data integrity
- Provide ongoing Salesforce user support
- Translate stakeholder requirements into technical GTM solutions
- Identify and improve operational process inefficiencies
- Partner with cross-functional teams on deal structuring
- Coordinate approvals and order management processes
- Document process flows, system requirements, and user guides
- Execute system testing and new feature rollouts
