- Expertise in end-to-end procurement processes (RFQ/RFP, supplier selection, contract negotiations)
- Understanding of retail construction and store fit-out lifecycles
- Success in driving cost savings, budget control, and value optimization
- Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders in international environments
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

- Strategically and operationally procure retail store fit-out and construction services
- Lead sourcing activities including RFQ and RFP processes
- Evaluate suppliers and manage tender processes
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and framework contracts
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies for store development
- Manage and develop a network of suppliers and contractors
- Collaborate with Design, Architecture, and Project Management teams
- Ensure budget control and cost transparency
- Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and sustainability requirements
