- Experience in real estate, retail expansion, leasing, site acquisition, or property management (internships included)
- Basic understanding of commercial real estate principles, lease structures, and retail site selection
- Strong analytical skills for market research, site evaluations, and investment analysis
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); experience with real estate databases is an advantage
- Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Economics, or related field

- Assist in market analysis and site assessments
- Prepare location proposals
- Coordinate with external brokers, landlords, and property owners
- Support lease negotiations with senior real estate managers and legal teams
- Maintain and update the real estate portfolio database
- Track lease terms and key milestones
- Prepare investment cases and internal approval documents
- Collaborate with Retail Development, Construction, and Finance teams
- Monitor key lease dates for renewals, break options, and expirations
- Support portfolio management activities
- Conduct administrative and reporting tasks
- Track real estate projects and pipeline
