Anforderungen
- Master or PhD degree in energy-storage, material science, mechanical engineering, physics, chemistry, vehicle engineering, control science and engineering, electrochemistry, or related field
- Strong knowledge of lithium-ion battery chemistry
- Strong knowledge of cell balancing techniques
- Proficiency in battery system modeling tools
- Experience with Python scientific libraries (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib)
- Understanding of BMS algorithms (SOC, SOH, thermal management)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze complex battery behaviors
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good communication skills
- Adaptability to multi-cultural environments

- Simulate battery cell behavior
- Analyze charge/discharge cycles
- Evaluate temperature effects
- Study battery degradation
- Develop cell balancing algorithms
- Optimize battery pack performance
- Enhance BESS lifetime for electricity trading
- Create BESS model codes
- Model single cell variations
- Consider SOC, capacity, resistance, temperature, swelling, capacity fading rates, and inner resistance
- Account for module/system materials and components
- Model liquid cooling thermal management
- Develop power conversion system (PCS) models
- Perform efficiency calculations
- Analyze experimental data
- Calibrate simulation models
- Validate simulation models
- Contribute to GUI development
- Improve simulation environment usability
- Collaborate with Headquarter Research Team
- Work with product teams
- Report research progress
- Present results
