- Master’s degree, Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Background in energy systems modeling and optimization
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Knowledge of C/C++
- Experience in power system modeling and simulation
- Familiarity with BESS architectures and components
- Experience with energy management algorithms for batteries
- Experience with SCADA systems or EMS/SCADA development (Desirable)
- Understanding of European electricity markets and grid operation (Desirable)
- Experience with embedded systems or HIL testing (Desirable)
- Experience leading project teams (Desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of Chinese or other European languages (Advantageous)
- Professional experience with Linux operating systems (Desirable)
Aufgaben
- Design and implement EMS control strategies
- Simulate BESS dispatch for various market conditions
- Develop high-fidelity battery and power conversion models
- Integrate management systems into ESS solutions
- Build advanced linear and AI-based optimization models
- Create forecasting algorithms for multi-objective energy management
- Validate algorithm performance using HIL and CHIL environments
- Contribute to EMS prototype design and testing
- Provide technical insights for European energy solutions
- Collaborate with software and hardware development teams
