- 3-5 years experience with USAF computer systems
- Maximo experience preferred
- Authorization to work in host country
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years specialized experience
- Associate's degree plus 7 years specialized experience
- Major certification plus 7 years specialized experience
- 11 years of recent specialized experience
- Eligibility for US Secret Security Clearance
- Working knowledge of ESS/ILSS
- Working knowledge of manual supply accounting systems
- Working knowledge of automated supply accounting systems
- Knowledge of AFH 23-123, AFI 23-101, AFMAN 23-122
- Knowledge of AFH 23-123 Vol 3, 24-203 Chap 3, AFMAN 25-101 policies
- Working knowledge of 635th SCOW policies
- Working knowledge of USAFE policies
- Ability to travel domestically
- Ability to travel internationally
- Wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Physically capable of performing duties
- Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum 50 lbs
Aufgaben
- Operate Remote Processing Stations for GPMS PACAF support
- Ensure availability of required computer listings and reports
- Monitor SBSS terminals for proper operation
- Develop local software programs for special processing
- Automate manual processes and create user-friendly reports
- Comply with Performance Work Statement and 9001:2015 QMS
- Prepare processing schedules for reports and listings
- Write and debug programs for special project requirements
- Write and process Query Language Programs for custom reports
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Access database applications
- Coordinate with Computer Support Base systems monitor
- Restore equipment failure and communication downtime
- Isolate and resolve system software anomalies
- Perform computer operator maintenance
- Troubleshoot and correct SBSS terminal problems
- Control accountable documents during all hours of operation
- Distribute reports and accountable documents to AOR locations
- Obtain and maintain user identification codes
- Upload and update Microsoft Windows programs
- Ensure communication lines are functioning properly
- Perform other assigned duties
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Complete all required safety training
- Participate in emergency response tasks
- Serve on safety committees and teams
- Comply with Amentum Quality Policy
- Perform job activities according to Amentum Quality System documents
- Read and understand operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements
