- Good organizational and communication skills
- Effective dealings with subordinates
- Familiarity with AFI24-302 and TO36-1-191
- Familiarity with DPAS, TRT, LIMS-EV
- Valid home country driver’s license
- Ability to obtain host nation driver’s license
- Operation of material handling equipment
- Six years military experience as mechanic
- Four years’ experience in supervisory capacity
- Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance
- Authorization to work in host country
- Physically capable of performing duties
- Lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs
- Extensive work handling/lifting equipment
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years specialized experience
- Associate's degree plus 7 years specialized experience
- Major certification plus 7 years specialized experience
- 11 years of recent specialized experience
Aufgaben
- Supervise reconstitution, preservation, and maintenance of USAFE GPMS vehicle assets
- Ensure compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum’s Quality Management System (QMS)
- Attain reconstitution, preservation, and inspection goals
- Prioritize work according to goals and schedules
- Initiate and submit annual budget
- Monitor and control budget expenditures
- Ensure Limited Technical Inspections are performed within guidelines
- Supervise inspection and preparation of USAFE GPMS vehicle assets for movement
- Supervise shop foremen, auto mechanics, electricians, maintenance controllers, and material controllers
- Maintain safety practices and housekeeping standards
- Ensure tools and equipment are serviceable, accounted for, and secured
- Store and dispose of hazardous materials according to Amentum SOPs
- Research and request required repair parts, considering local availability
- Oversee Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) actions and service bulletins
- Ensure correct and expeditious completion of work orders
- Utilize DPAS management reports to manage USAFE GPMS fleet
- Perform complete inspections on completed vehicle repairs
- Return unused serviceable repair parts to supply facility
- Turn over removed XF3 parts to supply to clear DIFM Account
- Verify Vehicle Down for Parts (VDP) decisions
- Monitor cannibalization requirements
- Supervise vehicle maintenance staff
- Keep Vehicle Technical Order Library current and up-to-date
- Record changes in fleet status on DVR and DPAS
- Ensure timely completion of taskings or provide updated status on exceptions
- Perform other duties as assigned
