Managing equipment details and property consignments for Category II Satellite supply accounts using ELMS. Current knowledge of USAF/US service Equipment Management and ELMS functions required. On-site coordination, standard work week.
Anforderungen
- Proficiency in personal computers, Windows OS, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of basic mathematics, USAF/US service property accounting (manual/automated), ILSS policies (preferred)
- Proficiency in ELMS/ILSS functions
- Proficiency in accessing/managing BLADE reports
- Current knowledge of USAF/US service Equipment Management and ELMS
- Valid home country driver’s license, ability to obtain host nation license
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (may be required)
- Ability to obtain Common Access Card (CAC)
- Authorization to work in host country
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Capability to use multiple databases (Maximo, SharePoint, PIEE, ELMS) (preferred)
- Constant mental alertness, planning/organizing skills, ability to work under deadlines
- Constant use of vision, mental alertness
Aufgaben
- Manage and account for equipment details via ELMS.
- Support the Category II Satellite supply account.
- Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Ensure compliance with DynCorp ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
- Coordinate property consignments.
- Interface with subcontractors and vendors on property matters.
- Interface with government officials, the public, and owners/violators.
- Perform data entry into required databases.
- Run reports.
- Prepare correspondence as directed.
- Coordinate ELMS equipment transaction processing.
- Manage equipment detail shortages in receipt files.
- Ensure timely processing of excess turn-ins.
- Ensure timely processing of detail deletions.
- Coordinate intra-site equipment transfers.
- Manage items in courtesy storage.
- Collaborate with inventory during monthly visits.
- Verify accurate custodian custody of equipment records.
- Maintain DPAS as the approved APSR.
- Ensure DPAS meets DOD property accountability requirements.
