Regional Sales Manager - DACH(m/w/x)
Selling label-free BLI instrumentation and consumables to life science researchers in DACH, Italy, and Slovenia. 3+ years capital equipment sales experience in life sciences required. Travel across 3 countries, strategic account planning.
Anforderungen
- BSc, MSc, or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3+ years successful capital equipment sales experience in life sciences
- Experience with Bio-Layer Interferometry (BLI) or Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) technologies preferred
- Strong commercial mindset with proven track record
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and relationship building skills
- Experience developing and executing territory sales plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Commitment to excellence in customer interactions, collaboration, execution, and representation
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, responsiveness, and accountability
- Clean driver's license
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, and reach
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 kilos
- Willingness to travel as required, including overnight travel

- Lead commercial activities in DACH, Italy, and Slovenia

- Present technology and value propositions to audiences
- Collaborate with Field Application Scientists and Service teams

- Represent the company at trade shows and events
- Contribute to regional commercial strategies
