  • •Forecast and manage regional sales performance
  • •Ensure alignment with GSAM and Silent Aire leadership
  • •Oversee team capability and professional development
  • •Provide technical solution leadership for customers
  • •Deliver high-quality customer engagement consistently
  • •Manage secured growth and account profitability
  • •Coordinate demand planning and accurate forecasting
  • •Maintain and expand long-term customer relationships
  • •Support complex negotiations and account expansion
  • •Collaborate with global product and operations teams
  • •Partner with service, marketing, and finance departments
