- Strong leadership experience in multi-property or regional hotel sales
- Deep understanding of German and Austrian hospitality markets
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, market share, and B2B performance
- Expertise in Corporate, Groups & MICE segments and strategic account management
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Strong cultural fit with fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment
Aufgaben
- Lead and execute regional sales strategy
- Manage, coach, and align Sales Managers
- Drive top-line revenue and B2B performance
- Grow key Corporate, Groups & MICE accounts
- Develop strategic account plans
- Build and maintain multi-hotel sales pipeline
- Ensure effective CRM system use
- Conduct regular sales reviews and audits
- Collaborate with Revenue Management on pricing
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns
- Drive commercial performance with General Managers
- Support pre-opening sales activities
- Represent Odyssey Hotel Group at industry events
- Strengthen Odyssey’s market presence
